Frequently asked questions

Ambitious professionals who want to get something out of their training. Former athletes love Allegiate but beginners also love Allegiate. We have different programs for different ability levels so you’ll be in the program that’s best for you.
We asked our current members who they thought benefitted the most from Allegiate and some of the words they used were: everyone, dedicated people, former athletes, people who want a safe training environment, people who don’t want to get injured, people who don’t want to think about designing a workout again, people who want a holistic, sustainable training option that doesn’t make you feel run down.

We specialized in technique-focused strength training, mobility, and injury prevention. We offer different classes for different experience levels and personal training.
We have 2 main programs, one called “team” the other called “strength.” Allegiate Team is our more advanced program, great for former athletes without previous injuries. Allegiate strength is less advanced, great for beginner to intermediate.
Our priority is to keep you safe and get you in the best shape you’ve ever been in. So which program is best for you depends on a handful of things like previous injuries or surgeries, previous experience, and if you’d be safe in a more complex program.

Classes are 60 minutes and start with mobility & corrective exercises, then total body strength & conditioning training, and then a cool down to help your nervous system recover after training. Each class has a structured program and coach that takes you through the workout so you’ll never have to think about designing a workout again.

3 times per week. That’s it. Think quality over quantity. Getting results in the gym takes 1) great training and 2) rest & recuperation. You’ll be sore training here and rather than come in the day after for an average workout, we’d prefer you fully recovered for a quality workout because you had a day of rest.
