New Allegiate Class – Kinstretch

New class “Kinstretch” on weekends in 2020.

Saturday and Sunday at 8-9am, start day is Jan 4, 2020

Free to Members, $20 drop in for non-members

Kinstretch is a collection of joint enhancement protocols that develop maximum body control, flexibility and usable ranges of motion. Similar to the no-longer-offered Allegiate mobility class, we’re excited to announce this class on weekends at Allegiate.

If you are currently a member, or have attended our classes in the past, you will be familiar with many of the concepts of a Kinstretch course: CAR’s, PAIL’s & RAIL’s, etc. These are a few tools in a much larger toolbox that we have used in the past in order to promote mobility through specific joints in order to keep them healthy and help achieve the “sustainability” portion of our overarching philosophy.

How is this different than the mobility classes offered in the past?

  1. Kinstretch is an hour long class. Mobility was 30 minutes. It will be a more focused/ intense version of mobility. More time allows for deeper development of specific joint actions.

  2. More targeted focus on individual joints and their mobility, instead of just compound multi joint movements

  3. More progression and variation designed in 4 week training blocks. The kinstretch system is not as easily loaded externally and finding other ways to access varying degrees of difficulty is key. This different stimulus can further diversify your training experience

Our goal is to keep you safe and give you tools to train for the long haul.

By focusing on joint health, physical longevity, and injury prevention, this Kinstrech program helps achieve that.

Book a Kinstrech class now on the schedule below. First class starts Jan 4th.
