How do the memberships work?
Memberships are charged weekly and you get 4 sessions per week. We found that weekly charges (instead of monthly) increase the chances members show up to the gym. Plus, success at Allegiate is as simple as showing up 3-4 times per week so matching the payment cycle reinforces that message.
We have multiple locations but you’ll purchase a membership for your main location. If you want to use another location, it only costs $5 per drop in, can be used as much as you want, and you purchase it via the Allegiate app when booking a session at another location.
If you’re cleared for Team, choose that membership. If you’re cleared for Strength, choose that membership.

Nordbord testing to measure structural balance and track hamstring strength
