Allegiate Nutrition Blueprint: your guide to nutrition

The Blueprint is s a structured nutrition curriculum and program designed by Allegiate co-founder Tim Caron. 

Coach Caron (a Momentous Nutrition Performance Engineer) has 2 master’s degrees and over a decade of experience in this field. 

Though people have different goals, lifestyles, and genetics, there are timeless principles that everyone has to have as a baseline. Developed over the years, this nutritional system has been used to get sustainable results with top professional and college athletes and is now available to you.

The blueprint comes with:

  • A structured, nutrition-curriculum. You'll learn about the 5 fundamental habits, macronutrients, calorie optimization, and personalized supplementation based on what your body needs.  

  • Three private nutrition consultations where you work 1x1 with a trained Allegiate Associate coach over the next 3 months. Your coach will customize the blueprint to you, your goals, and lifestyle. 

  • Three free body composition tests (in person at Allegiate only) to track progress and help make smart adjustments. 

The curriculum covers:

  • Proven habits – A detailed breakdown of the most important, scientifically proven and researched components for sustainable physical and mental performance.

  • Calories & Macronutrients – what are they? How do they work? Based on what you’re trying to accomplish, what should your approach be? Calorie consumption vs expenditure. 

  • Supplementation – Pre-workout, during workout, and post-workout nutrition. What to do, why to do it, and when to do it. Based on your athletic profile, lifestyle habits, and fitness goals, what supplements can help you get where you want to go faster?

The private nutrition consultations and body comp test will help us, customize, implement, assess, and adjust your plan.

Just like training sessions, each consult builds off the last. Integrating proper nutrition isn’t an overnight change. We will help you make sure the process and progress sticks by organizing the blueprint to guarantee this.

How The BLUEPRINT IS Organized

The blueprint is formatted to allow us to get to know you first.

We wouldn’t just throw you into training without knowing what your goals are. And what injury’s or restrictions you might have.

Same goes for nutrition. Once we know your goals, your health history, and your lifestyle, we can prescribe and implement a customized approach to fit your unique needs as an individual.

We follow this up with monthly consults. These consults allow us to check-in and make sure you are getting the most out of your blueprint.
