BECOME AN ALLEGIATE COACH

If you’re serious about a career as a strength & conditioning coach or trainer, Allegiate is for you. If you’ve dedicated your life to the art of coaching, this position is for you.

There are two coaching tracks at Allegiate.

  1. The Apprenticeship Program: great for new coaches who want a hands-on structured curriculum. One semester in length (fall or spring). Shifts are Monday through Friday 5 am - 10 am or 4pm - 8 pm. You’ll work daily with Allegiate coaches and hands-on with the head coach of your location. This position is unpaid.

  2. Part-Time Coach: ready to start coaching immediately? Apply for our part-time paid position. Hours are 5am - 1 pm or 1pm - 8pm. Shifts are based on availability. This position is paid. Hourly pay from $16/hr - $30/hr (Raises based on performance and time served)
