What’s training camp cost?
Is it really free? Yes but you have to pay an accountability fee because we found that people who pay the fee actually complete the challenge and get the fitness results they want! If you complete the full challenge, you have the option to credit it to a membership or if you feel like you didn’t get any value for it and didn’t enjoy the experience, you can ask for a refund!
Accountability fee = $600
To complete the challenge you have to do the below. If you do it, you’re eligible for the refund or discount!
get a minimum of 3 workouts per week
complete 6 nutrition consultations and follow the plan
weigh yourself every day and text us your bodyweight (this helps with your gain/ lose goal)
respond promptly to our 2x per week text message check-ins
take a before and after picture
